Life Rising Wellness Counselling offers compassionate support for individuals navigating shame, emotional eating, self-worth, cultural identity, relationships, and life transitions. My work is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can better understand their patterns, reconnect with themselves, and move toward lasting change. I support clients in building insight, emotional resilience, and a more empowered relationship with themselves and others.
